These terms define how CCM accounts, software modules, payments, and compliance are managed across the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account, requesting access, or using any CCM software, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the services immediately.
- You confirm you are legally permitted to use software services in your jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for securing your credentials and all activity on your account.
- We may suspend or revoke access if misuse, suspicious behavior, or policy breaches are identified.
3. Software Purpose & Risk
- CCM provides software tooling and automation controls only; no financial advice is provided.
- No result, income level, or performance outcome is guaranteed.
- Use of any gambling-related platform carries risk and should be approached responsibly.
4. Licensing & Acceptable Use
- Access is licensed, not sold, and may be limited by plan, module, or account state.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, scraping, exploitation, or resale is prohibited.
- You must not use the platform for unlawful conduct or in breach of third-party platform rules.
5. Billing, Renewals & Refunds
- Paid plans are billed according to the pricing terms shown at checkout or in your account area.
- Where subscriptions apply, renewals continue unless cancelled before the next cycle.
- Refund handling follows our Refund Policy and depends on activation, access state, and usage history.
6. Intellectual Property
- All software, branding, designs, and internal logic remain property of Coded Cash Machines.
- You receive a limited, revocable right to use the services while your access remains valid.
- No rights are granted to copy or commercialize CCM intellectual property outside this license.
7. Service Availability & Changes
- We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue modules, features, or plans at any time.
- Maintenance, outages, and third-party dependencies may affect availability.
- We may modify these Terms as the platform evolves; continued use means acceptance of updates.
8. Liability Limits
- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- CCM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-based damages arising from use.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and request account closure.
9. Termination
- You may stop using services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risks, or policy violations.
- Sections concerning IP, liability, and compliance survive termination where legally required.
